This course equips workers, particularly in healthcare and community services, with essential skills and knowledge to respectfully interact with people from diverse social and cultural groups.

It focuses on developing cultural competence, crucial for effective communication and safe, non-judgmental care in various settings.

This course also provides students with an opportunity to reflect on their own social and cultural perspectives and biases.
