
My name is Steph Bedggood, director & lead trainer at 3 Rivers Training; Gippsland born and bred living near Newry with my family.
Loss of life or limb can occur within minutes and the reality is help may be sometime away. Having the confidence & skills to apply first aid, may mean saving someone’s life. Living in rural or remote regions of Victoria brings challenges especially in regards to medical emergencies.
A passion in providing practical training, that is flexible, enjoyable & leaves the participant feeling confident to manage first aid situations is a priority when delivering 3RT training.
A Registered Nurse (RN) with over 20 years’ experience, including a post graduate degree in Emergency Nursing, working in ED & in clinical education. Currently, in General Practice as an RN Nurse Immuniser maintains nursing skills and currency.
I love the outdoors, enjoy travelling, camping, 4WD driving, swinging a metal detector, gardening, bird watching and visiting the mountains & beach with my family and friends.
Maintaining high levels of honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all business dealings is a priority. I’m approachable, friendly, and deliver a high standard of teaching, providing current and best practice training to all participants.
My goal is for you to come to my training and leave, feeling confident and competent in your skills and knowledge whilst having some fun and enjoyment along the way!
