The flexible format of the course means that you can log in as many times as required to complete the course - you do not need to complete the course all in one sitting. 

Please Note: All case studies within this course are fictional. While they may not represent every scenario involving youth mental health that you may encounter in your role, they are designed to reflect common challenges young people face. These case studies aim to equip you with the knowledge and skills to apply decision-making, empathy, and duty of care when recognising and supporting young people experiencing mental health concerns.

Please Note:  Should you decide to complete the youth focussed accredited 11244NAT Course in Mental Health Support for First Responders, after completing this online course, some of the learning you already completed, will be recognised in the accredited unit, if it is completed within a 6-month timeframe of completing this course. 

This course is Self-Paced - It is expected students may complete the course within 2 hours (depending on experience levels)

Learning content is provided online within the course, and assessment activities consist of multiple-choice questions and reflection scenario.
